Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your IVY WILD online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused portion and we will gladly issue a refund. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges.
1. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number in order to obtain a Return Request Form to complete.
2. Complete the Return Request Form and include a copy of your invoice along with the product(s). Ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. IVY WILD is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.
3. Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.
- Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
4. We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original delivery/shipping charges.
- In special cases, if you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details.
- The 15 day return policy will be applied starting from the day in which the customer physically receives the product.
5. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for IVY WILD product purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on IVYWILD.co.uk may be returned for a refund.
